Great service and experience.

John and his team did a great job. We had previously leased our apartment with MyPlace Estate Agents. They are very good property managers and we never had any issues and always felt our apartment was well looked after. When the lease ended and it was time to sell John couldn’t have been more helpful. They organised it all for us, painting, new flooring, styling. We were very happy with how it turned out. During the sale process John and his team kept us updated the whole way. He is very easy to talk to and very down to earth. We ended up selling before auction. Thank you John, Luke and the rest of the team. Great Job.

Rare agent who said he had a buyer…and actually did!

Too often I get agents approaching me with tall tales of representing a buyer who wants my property. Only to find that there was never a buyer. John said he had a buyer and actually did. So property was sold with going to auction.

Easy process

Selling a house can be stressful, but John, Luke and team at MyPlace made this a much easier process. They had the house on the market within a few days of signing and had the house sold prior to auction within 3 weeks of hitting the market. John has a great understanding of the local market, and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

My Place has been a revelation.

Ee and Emma have been amazing. We have had the best service we have had anywhere from them both. Ee has a wonderful way of making you feel at ease and is super responsive. She introduced us to Emma who is looking after our property and we feel in good hands. Everything has been smooth and she has been very open about all the up front costs associated with being an owner of a rental property. We will recommend them to everyone we know who is thinking of buying and renting in the inner west. Thank you so much ladies.

Fantastic!

MyPlace Estate Agents have managed my property for the past 3 years and I am always happy with their service. When my investment property came up for rent again after my long-term tenants moved out, MyPlace were all over the advertising and after just 1 inspection, the perfect tenants were found. Knowledgeable, organised, responsive and flexible
