Goodness gracious here we are in December already. The team at MyPlace would like to extend our best wishes for the up coming festive season. As we move into 2020 I would love to share with you our antics over the last 12 months.
Top 7th Property Management Team in NSW Although 2019 has been a pretty tricky year for real estate, we are very proud of our team’s achievements, feedback and glowing testimonials throughout the year. We kicked off 2019 by earning a spot on the Top 10 list of Property Management Agencies in NSW, ranked by ratemyagent.com.au. We placed 7th in NSW overall.
Client Satisfaction Surveys Proving Insightful We received an overwhelming response to our satisfaction survey this year! Proudly, surpassing our clients’ expectations in most categories. Our total score was 188/200; far exceeding the industry benchmark! Emma has been delighted with client feedback throughout the year and is thrilled to report that we have out-performed competitors in Sydney throughout much of the year (source: rentfind.com.au). We look forward to her return in 2020. Since opening our doors in 2003, we have experienced many changes. Property is a truly dynamic industry and our desire to continually improve is both an exciting challenge and a reward. We love what we do and believe our service conveys that.
